About
Lisa works with the deeply healing systems of Shiatsu Bodywork, Japanese needling, moxabustion, cupping, polarity tools, diet/lifestyle education and the Chinese health and awareness practice of Qigong. Lisa was a bodywork therapist at The Gawler Foundation (before closing due to COVID) and is skilled working with people with chronic illness as well as offering deep relaxation and reconnection to Self through Shiatsu, Relaxation Massage and Lomi Lomi massage. Lisa is a warm and compassionate practitioner that is committed to her work and ongoing education in Traditional East Asian Medicine (TEAM) with an interest in Anthroposophic Medicine (the work of Rudolf Steiner and Ita Wegman). Lisa developed the Elements of Living course in response to qigong students and clinic clients wishing to journey further in their awareness and empowerment in creating good health.
