Membership Now Due

The deadline for annual membership renewal is 1st Feb 2010. Forms returned after 1st April 2010 will attract a $60 rejoining fee.

Members experiencing difficulties with the deadline are encouraged to contact the office.

Leave from Practice

Leave

If a member plans to take leave from their practice, it is their responsibility to notify STAA in writing of:
  • Circumstances requiring leave  (e.g. having a baby)
  • Date of commencement of leave
  • Date of re-commencement of regular practice
In cases of extended leave members are advised to convert to Associate Member level until regular practice is resumed as this would avoid having to upgrade one’s skills if a change to the Health Training Package takes places whilst not a Full Member.

Reinstating Full Membership

To Reinstate Full Membership, the individual is required to fill out an Application to Reinstate Full Membership form. This can be requested by contacting the STAA Office.

When recommencing practice or starting to practice, STAA must be advised accordingly and an account will be sent out requesting the difference in the outstanding balance between Associate & Full Membership along with the necessary paperwork to be completed.
