Knowledge and action, Understand and do.

Masahiro Oki

If a therapist understands how to educate a client to relieve neural pain and fascial tightness, the client can often stop causing the problem in their everyday life.

In this session, Linda Rago will talk about the therapeutic understanding of nerve glides, focusing on the upper limbs and sciatic nerves.

Linda will present four techniques that practitioners and clients can use to release the median, radial, ulnar and sciatic nerves:

  • changing postural habits
  • breathing exercises
  • bone vibration techniques
  • kinesio tapping to support or protect nerve sheathing.
