Reset, refresh and get inspired in 2021 with an afternoon mini-retreat and workshop in the Yarra Valley.

Presented by Co-Shi-Co at the Yama Ki organic farm, it’s a beautiful opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and connect with the shiatsu community.

At the workshop we will:

  • harvest and cook seasonal nourishing food from a vegan-friendly menu
  • learn/revise TCM summer correspondences, points and channels, and swap a shiatsu treatment
  • enjoy a delicious early dinner and share summer food and treating tips

For shiatsu practitioners and other bodyworkers, lovers of shiatsu, anyone in need of a reset and/or interested in whole food, nature and regenerative farming ~ everyone welcome!

Co-Shi-Co

Armelle Sebbag, Christine Baro and Lucy Snedden founded Co-Shi-Co in 2016 - a community shiatsu clinic based on the cooperative model that offers low-cost shiatsu sessions in a communal setting 'for everyone, every week'.

Co-Shi-Co run a community shiatsu clinic at SPAN Community House in Thornbury every Tuesday afternoon.Introducing innovative ideas to offer shiatsu to people who cannot usually afford to pay for sessions, they expanded into running seasonal workshops combining shiatsu, TCM-based teaching and cooking.

Yama Ki

Yama Ki is tucked away in the misty mountains of the Yarra Valley, 90 minutes from Melbourne. It is an organic farm set on 54 acres of fertile land with fresh mountain spring water and clean country air. The organic food grown here is nutrient dense and uniquely suited to the mountain microclimate.

Retreat cottages for overnight stays are available, as are nourishing workshops and shiatsu treatments on the property.

Fresh seasonal organic produce and a herbal tea blend are available to purchase directly from the farm.
