***DON'T MISS OUT - Registrations close 13 May 2016***
The 2016 STAA National Conference theme — Integrating shiatsu into the Australian healthcare system — is STAA’s mission statement.
We are determined to get closer to that ideal. STAA aims to secure our place as a respected, legitimate natural therapy in the rapidly changing healthcare landscape. At this conference we are bringing together very experienced practitioners to help you develop your practice in your community, and embrace the challenges of promoting and integrating shiatsu therapy.
We all need clear language and funded promotional strategies to help us communicate with the public and other healthcare workers. With the support of current Australian research and well-collated data, we will be able to communicate with government bodies in the future. And we all need regular income to be ongoing feasible practitioners and run sustainable practice clinics.
Bring your voice and have your say in how STAA moves forward, identify possible roadblocks and develop a plan of how to get past them. Prepare to be inspired.
